Earlier this month, Delano Class of 2013 graduate Zach Muckenhirn fulfilled his major league dreams, debuting as a relief pitcher with the New York Mets May 3.
Muckenhirn is the first Delano native and University of North Dakota (UND) player to reach Major League Baseball (MLB).
A lot can happen in a week, especially in professional baseball, and Muckenhirn’s case was no different.
