From WCCO – Want a great deal on a new car, truck or SUV? You might want to head west of the Twin Cities to Delano. That’s because the local Dodge dealership is adding deep discounts to existing factory incentives to help clear their entire lot of inventory.
Unfortunately, when all the vehicles are gone, the long-time dealership will be as well. After 75 years in business in this small, Wright County community, Delano Dodge is closing its door for good. Already, the dealership has cut its number of employees from 50 down to just four. You need look no further than the empty service bays to see the harsh reality of the impact. It is eerily quiet; gone are all the tools and the mechanics that once held them.
