Lunch Box Fever is new Love INC food program

Love INC (Love In the Name of Christ) is offering “Lunch Box Fever,” a summer meal program for students already eligible for free lunches during the school year.  The program is serving  local students at risk of going without meals this summer.

Lunch Box Fever provides nutritious meals to reduce hunger among our young neighbors. Through the summer months, Love INC requests donations of peanut butter, jelly, carrots, apples, bananas, canned meat (e.g., chicken, turkey, tuna), Kraft Miracle Whip (not mayonnaise), granola bars, bread, cookies and desserts. Non-perishable food is being collected at each of Love INC’s 20 member churches.  Please bring fresh foods to the Love INC office for immediate distribution.
