CARVER COUNTY, MN – A Level III sex offender, Gerald Eldred Keast, 39,  who recently moved to Plato in McLeod County was arrested Sept. 18 for violating his parole, according to the Carver County Sheriff’s Office.

Keast, a former resident of Hamburg in Carver County, was arrested for failure to register as a sex offender.  Keast listed his most recent address as Plato, where he was identified by McLeod County authorities.  He  was released from the Carver County Jail Sept. 25.  Keast is 5’ 08” tall  and weighs approximately 230 pounds with brown hair and eyes.
