Organizers of the Delano Homecoming parade have canceled the parade this year due to weather, according to Jean Kopp, executive director of the Delano Area Chamber of Commerce. All Fall Harvest Festival activities planned for Saturday, Sept. 26 at Central Park will go on. Activities include a medallion, chili cook-off, pumpkin bowling, kids activities, and a pie-eating contest, among other activities from noon to 3 p.m. at Central Park.
