Filing for local township board positions opens Tuesday, Dec. 29, and will remain open through Tuesday, Jan. 12 at 5 p.m.
In Franklin Township, affidavits of candidacy may be filed with the town clerk/treasurer Denise Olson at her home office, located at 545 Elm Avenue in Delano during that time period.

The township election will take place Tuesday, March 9, 2010.
Woodland Township
Woodland Township features two open seats. Supervisor Ken Pawelk’s position is up, as well as Clerk Gloria Janikula’s position.
