Emmer visits Wright-Hennepin Electric after Lower Energy Costs Act passes House

Congressman Tom Emmer (R-MN) was back in Minnesota this week to celebrate the US House of Representatives passage of HR 1 – Lower Energy Costs Act.
On Tuesday, Emmer met with leaders of the Wright-Hennepin Cooperative Electric Association (WH), where they discussed energy issues, and took a tour WH’s substation in Corcoran.
“Minnesotans depend on affordable, reliable energy from providers like Wright-Hennepin every day,” Emmer said. “We are grateful for their hard work to ‘keep the lights on’ and will continue our effort in Congress to bring down costs for the Sixth District.”
