DELANO, MN – At last night’s Delano School Board meeting, the board approved a resolution calling for an election to renew its expiring voter-approved operating levy of $426 per pupil that would not increase taxes.

A second question on the ballot calls for an additional $325 per pupil levy that would increase taxes by $6.12 per month per $100,000 of tax value.

Passage of the second question is contingent upon passage of the first question.
