The City of Delano has vacancies on the following commissions beginning Jan. 1, 2010.
• Park and Recreation Commission  – three vacancies
• Planning Commission –   two vacancies
• Public Safety Commission –   two vacancies
• Water, Light and Power Commission – two vacancies
• Historic Preservation Committee  – two vacancies

The Delano City Council will consider all applications at its Tuesday, Dec. 22 meeting.  Applications will be accepted until Wednesday, Dec. 16, 2009.
