  2. Krista Kuehn says:

I would nominate My Body Shop Fitness Center for business of the year. My Body Shop Fitness is absolutely amazing. The company has so much dedication and helps their community strive for a better healthy life. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure nothing but the best for anyone they can help. They are also involved in Special Olympics, offer many classes, have a Whole30 trained Coach. I go to Delano the most for My Body Shop Fitness!!!!

  3. Joseph Blanchette says:

I’ve been a member of My BodyShop Fitness Center since they opened in 2010. Kristin and Dale have always gone out Of their way to make sure I have a good experience at their gym. I’ve gained confidence and with their support have participated in many running events with their guidance and caring. I’ve seen this with many other community people too, not just members of their gym.

I’m not big on volunteering but Kristin and Dale have managed the Delano 5K for a decade and watching them has encouraged me to jump in and help. They are both quick to jump in and help when asked for things like the kids triathlon and donations to local programs.

They also started the Special Olympics swim team in town and I love their passion for the team. Kristin is now heading the delegation. They went to the USA games last year with a local athlete as coaches for Team MN.

Everyone at My BodyShop Fitness feels like family and comfortable, and supported and challenged by the Nelsons. For these reasons and more, I nominate My BodyShop Fitness Center for business of the year.
