WINSTED, MN – The Higher Ground Christian Music Festival committee recently announced its 2010 lineup of award-winning musical talent.

Bargain-priced tickets will go on sale Dec. 28.

The Christian music festival’s sixth anniversary in Winsted, scheduled for Friday and Saturday, Aug. 13 and 14, will feature Chris Tomlin as Friday night’s headliner; Steven Curtis Chapman as Saturday night’s headliner; the BarlowGirl, who played at Higher Ground’s first festival; Hawk Nelson, who is a first-timer to Higher Ground; and Go Fish, a kids’ favorite that played at Higher Ground in 2007.

Weekend tickets purchased between Dec. 28 and Jan. 15, will cost $46; from Jan 16 to May 15 the cost is $51; and from May 16 to Aug. 12 the cost is $56. Tickets purchased at the gate are $70.
