Snow Will Develop Late Tonight And Early Saturday As An Arctic Cold Front Plows Through The Region. Strong Northwest Winds Of 25 To 35 Mph Will Develop In The Wake Of The Front… First Over West Central Minnesota… And Then Spread Quickly Across The Rest Of The Area. The Strong Winds Will Result In Areas Of Blowing Snow And Reduced Visibilities. Temperatures Will Also Fall Through The Day On Saturday… Causing Wind Chill Values To Fall To Between 25 Below And 35 Below On Saturday Afternoon And Evening.
Winds Will Decrease On Saturday Night Ending The Blowing Snow Threat… But Even More Dangerous Wind Chill Conditions Are Possible Overnight Saturday Night Through Sunday Morning. Wind Chill Readings May Drop As Low As 40 To 45 Below On Sunday Morning. A Wind Chill Watch Has Been Issued From Midnight Saturday Night Through Sunday Morning For Central And South Central Minnesota And West Central Wisconsin.
