Assistance with filing taxes will be offered at the Delano Senior Center Wednesdays, Feb. 3 through April 14 from 9 a.m. to noon.
Appointments are needed and can be made by calling the center at (763) 972-0574.  This service is open to all age groups of low to middle income persons with special attention given to those age 60 and older.
The service is provided by trained volunteers and there is no charge.
Individuals should bring all of their tax forms (social security statements, 1099 interest income statements, retirement/pension statements, etc.) and records for the year 2009, plus their completed 2008 tax forms.
Also bring 2009 CRP forms and or Property Tax Statements.
